Introduction

Hello, my name is Hunter G. Cavell, and I run Cavell Law in Cleveland, Ohio, but I practice all throughout the state. I’m a trial attorney and I like to help people and companies that have been taken advantage of by others. I’ve been practicing since 2013 in the greater Cleveland area and I enjoy running my own law firm because I get to take the cases that I want to take and help the people that I want to help, and I have the freedom to do that.

So why is Cavell law different than any other law firm in town? Every case is treated importantly. While most say this, we really mean it at Cavell Law. When you call in, you get me on the phone to speak with your case and set up an appointment later to see if we can help each other out.

I also like to be a trial attorney, which means I’m in trial and I fight and I draft every document towards eventually going in front of a judge. I believe client communication is key and it’s the most important factor. I need clients to be able to call me when they have an issue and know that I’ll pick up or return a phone call or email within one business day, which is our rule at Cavell Law.

I really like to help consumers who have been defrauded out of purchase, such as when a home sale has gone wrong or a car salesman may take advantage of someone or a car repair that’s gone wrong. I also like to help people who don’t think they can afford an attorney or that it’s not worth the time or hassle. I like to champion for those people to make sure that they are given a fair shake in what they asked for. I also take real estate cases. I help landlords who may have code violations from different cities. I also help tenants secure rights to eventually own the homes that they live in. I also do personal injury cases. These can be car accidents or slip and falls where someone’s injured through someone else’s fault, and they are some of the hardest cases to work, but some of the most rewarding. For this reason, I spend a lot of time counseling my clients on how to best get better first, because getting better is the most important step, listening to your doctor and going forward. So, I like taking cases where I can help people and where people are happy to need an attorney at the end of it. If you would like a consultation or if I can maybe help you out, please call or email and I will get back to you as soon as possible. Thanks for reading and have a great day.
